Our non-intervention or "natural" Pet Nat. That means no added yeast or sugars, no filtration or fining, and made entirely from estate grapes. This is naturally sparkling, which is done by bottling it during its initial fermentation to capture the bubbles. This is also officially the best sparkling wine in the Hudson Valley, winning that award at the HV Wine Competition!
